BODY PART
SPECIALIZATION :
For experienced lifters. Do you have one or
two lagging body parts? Do you need to find some way to get them up to par
with the rest of your body? I will train you just on those parts once or
twice per week as is needed. Common
body parts are thighs, glutes, back, chest, and abdominals. You will
improve very quickly.
UP
YOUR BENCH: A routine specifically designed to increase your bench press.
Also applicable to deadlifts, squats (power routine)
